No charge and no obligation. If you want that verdict formalised, with every issue graded and a fixed quote attached, that is the $750 audit.

Only if that is genuinely cheaper for you, and we will say so in writing with numbers. Most AI-built apps are rescuable: the code is messy but the product logic is there. The audit exists so you get an honest verdict for $750 instead of discovering a surprise rebuild quote in week two.

A written report within 48 hours covering security, auth, payments, data handling, design, and AI feature reliability. Each issue is marked fatal-before-launch or can-wait. It ends with a fixed quote for the fix and a 90-day plan for what comes after. If you book the sprint within 7 days, the $750 is credited in full.

Because the week after launch is when a product actually meets real users, and that is the worst possible time to have nobody on it. Month one is built into the sprint price so the weekly shipping starts the day you go live. The 3-month minimum counts from that included month, so after the sprint you are deciding whether to continue at $2,500, not whether to commit to a new contract.

Something shipped every week, monitoring and error handling, and model and prompt upgrades as the models improve, up to 20 engineering hours a month. That cap is in writing on purpose. Anything larger is quoted as a separate piece of work before it starts, so you never get a surprise invoice and we never quietly run at a loss on your account.

There is no cover by default once the retainer ends, and we would rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise. For former retainer clients we handle incidents at $150 an hour with a 4-hour minimum, best effort within 3 business days. If you want the phone answered without ongoing feature work, Standby is $400 a month for security patches, dependency updates, and a 48-hour response. You can restart the full retainer any time at the current price, with no new minimum.

The sprint has a written go-live date. If we miss it for reasons on our side, you get the remedy agreed in the written scope: extra delivery or service of equal value, and if we fail to deliver a working product at all, your money back. You also have a live preview link, updated as we build, so you never wonder where things stand.

You do, since the accounts are yours and you keep them after we are done. But we agree a written monthly cap up front so there are no surprise bills, and we set up alerts before you ever get near it.

Yes. Everything lives in your GitHub, your hosting, and your API accounts from day one. Full intellectual property transfers on final payment. If we part ways, you lose nothing.
